A Dubai based entertainment and creative agency: professional artists, original concepts and complete shows, created from start to finish.
Our founder
Refined started from Laura’s own background in the entertainment industry. She trained as a dancer for twelve years at different schools and graduated from the Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts in the Netherlands. She worked as a professional dancer, performing in showgirl productions across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. She knows the industry from the artist’s side first.
After moving to Dubai she started working in the entertainment scene here, and saw room to do things differently. She wanted an agency that did more than supply artists, one involved in the full creative process, from the first idea to what the audience finally sees.
What began with dancers and bookings grew into complete concepts for venues and events: costumes, choreography, shows and visual concepts, developed in house.
Today Laura is the creative engine behind Refined: show creation, costume design, casting, and putting the whole show together.

How we work
A show starts as an idea and a drawing, not a booking. We build the concept, the choreography, the costumes and the overall look around the venue and the event.
What we draw gets made. Our costumes are designed and produced in our own studio in Dubai. Headpieces, accessories and finishing included.
Because a piece is built for one concept, it isn’t something the audience has seen at another venue. Nothing is pulled from standard entertainment stock.
Costume collection
The full 2025/2026 collection, from festival and bohemian pieces to cabaret and statement showpieces. Everything in it can be rented or bought, and we make custom collections from a blank page.
